- By purchasing these tickets, you are agreeing to follow Premier 57 policies stated on our website, premier57.com and found upon entrance. Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions regarding our policies.
- Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. Premier 57 reserves the right to void any Gift Certificates suspect of this and deny the purchaser the right to purchase any more certificates.
- Suspicious transactions will automatically be refunded back onto the card, and orders put back into inventory.
- No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be issued on any Gift Certificates/Gift cards. Premier 57 will not be responsible for any lost Gift Cards or Gift Certificates.
- Premier 57 reserves the right to deny the purchase of any order and/or require additional information before releasing any orders.
- Prices of services are subject to change, without advance notice.
- Tickets can only be applied to admission at entry and cannot be used for the purchase of services, goods, food, or drink.
- If there is a difference in price between the value of the gift ticket/gift card and the price of admission, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
- Tickets bought at full price that have expired may be applied towards admission at the current price, as long as the ticket’s value is greater than or equal to the current admission price.
- Full price admission ticket value expires 1 year after purchase
- Discounted ticket value expires 6 months after purchase
- Promo code tickets or vouchers are subject to expiration dates based on the promotion fine print.
- All expired tickets will retain its full purchase value for two years after the date of purchase.
- Orders will be shipped by USPS Certified mail to the Billing address, and may take 7-10 business days to arrive. Signature of proof of delivery will be required by USPS. Orders unsigned for will be left at the local Post Office. Premier 57 will not be responsible for unclaimed orders.
- Premier 57 will hold all orders for a maximum of 30 days. Failure to redeem orders within this time frame leaves the risk of lost or discarded orders, without refund.
- Upon purchase, e-Tickets will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail account(s) specified at checkout.
- No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for any e-Ticket / Gift Card purchases.
- Premier 57 is not responsible for any lost or duplicated tickets/gift cards, nor for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer or mobile device error
- Upon redemption of a Gift Card Voucher, the voucher will be replaced with a physical card at our premises.
- When you visit the Premier 57 website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Premier 57 does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our website is at your sole risk. The website and all services pertaining to the website are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without warranties of any kind.
