For first-time visitors, please check-in at the reception desk. We will ask your for government ID. For our regular customers who would like to quickly the check-in process. Please ask our receptionists to sign up for Express Check-In. Those customers will be able to use the last 4 digits of their phone number to use the last 4 digits of their phone number to  check-in quickly and receive their locker key.

General Admission is $75+tax for the day and please bring a government issued ID to be admitted.

Yes, you may, it can be purchased in person in our facility or you can purchase them on our website. Click here to purchase

General admission includes, robe, towels, toiletries, unlimited access to the hydrotherapy indoor pool and the rooftop outdoor hydrotherapy pool, six unique saunas in the sauna valley, sleeping room, meditation room, water lounges, dry sauna, steam sauna, and much more.

No, reservation is needed for general admission.

You will need to bring a swimsuit to wear under the robe.

Indoor Bade Pool: 9AM to 11:30PM
Aqua Bar: 12PM to 10PM (Sun thru Thurs), 12PM to 11PM (Fri and Sat)
Water Lounges: 9AM to Midnight
Sauna Valley: 9AM to 11:30PM
Café Bistro: 11AM to 10:30PM (Mon thru Fri), 9AM to 11PM (Sat and Sun)
Asian Cuisine: 11AM to 9PM (Sun thru Thurs), 11AM to 10:30PM (Fri and Sat)
Beauty Spa: 11AM to 9PM
Healing Zone: 11AM to 9PM
Korean Body Scrubs: 11AM to 9PM

Yes, you are required to pay the general admission fee of $75+ tax if you would like the full access to our amenities, unless the services that you are receiving states otherwise.

To enter the Premiere you must bring a school ID of 16 or older. You can not enter without a guardian under the age of 21.
