Dear Valued Guest of Premier57,
We are excited to announce that we are reopening our facility on Monday, August 10th and will operate based on elevated cleanliness standards to safeguard the wellbeing of our guests and staff.
In response to Covid-19, our team has initiated leading cleanliness protocols based on the latest guidance from the WHO and CDC, to all areas of operation. These procedures will be updated and monitored regularly to reflect the most current science available. At a glance, here are some ways we have ramped up our efforts to guarantee guest and employee safety:
- Monitoring staff and customers entering the facility and encouraging anyone who is experiencing flu-like symptoms to stay home. Temperatures will be checked and recorded, and a quick health questionnaire must be completed in order to enter.
- Utilizing our No-Touch self-check-in and check-out kiosks and encouraging all guests to pre-purchase admission vouchers through our new mobile app or online store. *Cash payments WILL NOT be accepted at this time to limit cross contamination;
- Limiting guest count to a maximum of 50% of standard occupancy and enforcing social distancing practices while inside;
- Increasing frequency of EPA registered antimicrobial disinfectant cleaning throughout our facility and focusing on all high-touch areas such as door handles, counter tops, registers, lockers, locker keys, floors, seating areas, etc.;
- Fully disinfecting each service room after every guest and following regulated guidelines for providing safe services to our guests.
- Requiring all employees to wear fresh masks, gloves, and shoe booties during their shift;
- Providing all guests with masks to wear while inside;
- Stocking extra hand sanitizers and alcohol sprays throughout the facility;
- And of course, closing any and all areas where safe social distancing is not permitted.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR VISIT
-
- Bring your own towels, bathing suits, clean & NON-SLIP rubber sandals or flip flops. All items that are not single use are avoided to limit cross contamination. We will not be providing towels, robes, or slippers. Our No-shoes policy will be lifted. You may bring your own clean NON-SLIP, rubber sandals/flip flops to wear inside.
- Bring your own toiletries, combs, Q-tips, etc. if needed. Communal toiletries typically found in the locker rooms will NOT be provided, again to avoid cross contamination.

- Guests will be required to wear a mask AT ALL TIMES while inside the facility. Masks, however, are not allowed in pools pursuant to City regulations.
- Expect to have your temperature checked and questionnaire completed before entering.
- Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the spa and shared by employees. This is the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community.
- Not all services will be available at this time. See below for a departmental list and revised hours of operation. Please note that as this pandemic remains fluid, we will be revising operational procedures and hours accordingly, sometimes without advanced notice.
